TITCK approved certificate, (A certificate will be given by the Ministry to all participants attends TITCK session.)

Opportunity to meet with other participants via chat module,
Access to download the pdf presentations allowed by the speakers,
Access to oral and poster presentations presented,
Access to sessions held on the virtual platform that will be open for 2 months after the congress,
Access to documents in download centers located in digital expo,
Access to visit the digital expo and opportunity to meet with company representatives via chat modüle.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Participants who will pay by the credit card are required to to contact the Organizing Secretariat.
8% VAT will be added to registration fees and the invoice will be issued by Cultivo Organizasyon Turizm Reklam Tic. Ltd. Şti.
Confirmation will not be send until the registration fees are paid to the provided bank account.
15% additional fee will be included to the applications made after 25 November 2020.
For cancellations made until 25 November 2020, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
For cancellations made after 25 November 2020, there will be no refund.
The name information you will mention on the online form will be included in your congress certificate. Make sure that the information is complete and correct.
After online registration is completed, a confirmation mail will be sent to the applicant. Participants who have not received a confirmation mail can request them from firstname.lastname@example.org. The congress registrations which have not received a confirmation mail are not considered complete.
